Return Policy

We will handle returns on a case-by-case basis if the request is made within two weeks of your purchase. All requests must have prior approval before returning any items. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Any item received without a prior request and approval will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Any item that arrives damaged will be refunded for the full amount paid, including return shipping cost. However, you must provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). You must also contact us for prior approval as stated above.
